Order cancellation

We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

When an order is cancelled or refunded in whole or in part, your bank may deduct transaction fees. We are not responsible for any additional fees that your bank may charge you.

 

7-day return policy

 Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the product. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unusable item (resulting in quality issues), You will enjoy this guarantee， Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package to obtain a return authorization.

Note:If it has been more than 7 days since you received the goods, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange service.

The product should be returned to the address we specify. We can ship a new item to you free of charge (we will refund the shipping cost of your return), or you can choose a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Complete your return.

 

30-day return policy

If you are not satisfied with the product and the product remains in brand-new condition, unopened and unused, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receipt.

Note: Customized products (such as customized wires, IEM earbuds, in-ear headphones, products with damaged sealed packaging, broken shrink wrap, etc.) are not eligible for return.

The time limit is subject to the logistics receipt record. Returns beyond the time limit will not be accepted.

Refund calculation rules：

This includes the product price minus shipping fees and taxes (round-trip shipping fees and customs duties).

Delayed or missing refund 

 

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

If you paid via PayPal, the refund will reach you within a few hours.If the payment is not received within this time limit, please contact the customer service email immediately: ivipq@foxmail.com. We will verify the reason for you and expedite the processing.

Warranty Period

ivipQ provides the original purchaser with a one-year warranty service from the date of the original order, covering defects in materials and workmanship of the product (except for specific items). The specific warranty scope is as follows:

In-Ear Monitors (IEMs): 1-year warranty (labor and parts)

Cables and Adapters: 3-month warranty

Exclusions: Ear tips and other accessories.

If, as reasonably determined by ivipQ, the product fails due to a defect in workmanship or materials, ivipQ will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge. This service does not include any shipping or handling fees.

Important Notice:

This warranty only applies to products for personal, non-commercial use.

Any products used for commercial purposes, rental, or non-intended purposes are not covered by this warranty.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, ivipQ does not provide any other warranties, whether express or implied.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitation of Liability

 

This warranty does not cover products or damages caused by the following circumstances:

1. Human Factors/Improper Use:

• User negligence, accidents, disassembly, immersion in liquid/water ingress.

• Misuse, abuse, alteration or willful damage.

• Improper or insufficient maintenance, or failure to perform required preventive maintenance.

• Operation not in accordance with the "User Guide" or other safety, usage, warning instructions provided with the product.

• Unintended use or unauthorized modification.

• Repairs or changes made by individuals or service organizations not authorized by ivipQ.

• Use by children under 18 years old without supervision.

2. External/Environmental Factors:

• Damage during return shipping.

• Accidents, improper installation, power problems, third - party actions.

• Weather conditions, lightning strikes, fires, floods or other natural disasters.

• Problems caused by using software, parts or accessories not provided by ivipQ.

3. Commercial Use:

• Using the product for commercial purposes, rental purposes or any use that is not for personal self - use.

Limitation of Liability:

• ivipQ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses or damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, data loss, business interruption) arising from the use of this product or these warranty terms.

• In no event shall the liability of ivipQ exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.

Disclaimer:

• Except as expressly provided in these warranty terms, ivipQ does not provide any other express or implied warranties or representations (including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Any separate warranty provided in writing (if any) applies only to the original purchaser specified on this invoice/contract.

• If the customer fails to pay the full purchase amount corresponding to this contract, ivipQ is not obligated to provide this warranty service.

• ivipQ has the final decision - making power to determine whether a product problem is within the scope of labor and/or parts warranty.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

• For any disputes or litigation related to this contract, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with jurisdiction in the People's Republic of China.

• In the dispute resolution, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and other related costs from the other party.
