Global Coverage
We support standard express delivery services to more than 220 countries and regions worldwide, mainly covering the following areas:
Asia: China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asian countries, the Middle East (the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, etc.), South Asia (India by sea)
Europe and America: the United States, Canada, Western European countries, Eastern Europe (Russia by sea, Ukraine, etc.)
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Africa: South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria (with partial restrictions)
Latin America: Mexico, Brazil, Argentina (with special service restrictions on express delivery services)
 
1. Transportation Method Restrictions
India and Russia: Only sea freight services are available (air freight/express delivery is not reachable for the time being)
Africa, Argentina, Kuwait, etc.: Only express delivery services are available (no economical land transportation)
 
2. Type Restrictions
Not accepted: Post Office Box (APO/FPO), no support is provided worldwide.
 
3. Customs Clearance and Item Restrictions
Customs Clearance Requirements: Brazil requires the recipient's tax number, and the EU requires an EORI number
 
Remote Areas: Surcharges may apply (such as Angola, Tunisia)
 
Cost Bearing Clause: If the recipient refuses to pay the destination country's customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, etc., resulting in the package being unable to complete customs clearance and delivery, the sender shall bear the round-trip freight and other related expenses (including outgoing freight, return freight, customs duties, storage fees, etc.). In such cases, we will deduct the actual two-way freight incurred from the order refund amount.
Destruction Disclaimer: If a package is destroyed by the customs of the destination country due to refusal by the recipient or failure to pay customs duties, no refund will be given for such orders.
Mode of transportation
 
Standard shipping: 4PX (Standard delivery is free in most countries/regions; for a small number of countries, orders that meet the preset threshold can enjoy free shipping). Additional shipping fees may apply to some remote areas. If the order does not meet the free shipping threshold, a basic shipping fee is required. For each order exceeding 0.1kg, an additional weight fee will be charged for every 10g increment (any weight less than 10g will be calculated as 10g).
Express delivery: DHL/UPS/Fedex/Aramax/SFWait (this method may include tax-inclusive service options). The shipping fee for DHL international express starts from $15, and the specific cost is calculated based on the destination country/region. If your order exceeds $300, the express shipping fee is free (including remote areas/surcharges; this policy is not applicable to the United States for the time being). Additional shipping fees may be incurred for some remote areas. If additional payment is required, we will take the initiative to contact you for confirmation.

Import duties and customs clearance fees
ivipQ is responsible: If an order is marked "Tax Prepaid", we will fully cover the import duties and customs clearance fees, and no additional payment is required upon receipt of the goods.
Recipient is responsible: For orders not marked "Tax Prepaid", the recipient shall pay the destination country's customs duties, import taxes, etc. by themselves (please consult the local customs policy in advance).
Remote area surcharge: (Even if the order is eligible for free shipping, this fee still needs to be paid additionally). The remote area surcharge is a common type of fee in logistics transportation, mainly charged when the destination is a remote area. The total cost is the basic freight + remote area surcharge. If you are not sure whether your location is a remote area, you can contact us for confirmation.​
Example: The free shipping threshold has been reached (basic shipping fee waived)
Order: Amount 60 (the free shipping threshold in the United States is 49), shipped to Hawaii (remote area)
Basic shipping fee: $0 (free shipping due to meeting the minimum purchase amount)
Remote area surcharge: $8.5
Total shipping fee = 0 + 8.5 = $8.5 (remote area surcharge)
Express delivery service requires an additional fee.
Example:
Order: Shipped to Iceland via DHL (remote area + express delivery)
DHL basic freight: $15
Remote area surcharge: 8.5 (4PX standard) + DHL remote fee 5 (assumed) = $13.5
Total freight = 15 + 13.5 = $28.5
Note: Different logistics providers have different definitions of remote areas and different surcharges (for example, DHL may charge additional fees). For details, please refer to the latest price list of the channel.​

United StatesOrder Policy: (All taxes paid, orders over $49+) 7-12 days

Europe(All taxes have been paid, and orders over $39 qualify for free shipping.)

1.France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom:1-2 weeks, with an average of 10 days.

(Spanish customs policies:Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Las Palmas, Melilla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, due to transportation restrictions: only express delivery is supported, and standard logistics is not accepted. Free shipping threshold: orders over 500 US dollars are exempt from international shipping fees (policies for other regions do not apply). The recipient may need to bear tariffs and value-added taxes. If you have special requirements for the declared value, please contact us.

2. Austria, Bulgaria, Finland, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Hungary, Portugal, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Greece, Slovakia, Sweden, Latvia:(With a minimum purchase of $45+) 1-3 weeks, averaging 14 days.

3.Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Lithuania:(With a minimum purchase of $50+) 2-4 weeks, averaging 3 weeks

4. Russia:28-70 days ($99+ free shipping; shipments over 2 kg per package cannot be sent).

Ukraine/Belarus:21-35 days, averaging 4 weeks (no shipments currently).

How long will it take to receive your order?

For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. You can contact our staff regarding the inventory status of any product. Customized products will take longer. Please contact our staff on regular non-sale days after the package is shipped for more information:
The total delivery time for standard shipping is usually 1-2 weeks, but customs policies, logistics infrastructure, and seasonal factors in the destination country/region may cause delays. In extreme cases, it may take 2-3 months. Please note:
The delivery time is controlled by third-party logistics providers and the customs of the destination country; we cannot directly intervene. We do not accept refund applications for delays caused by such uncontrollable factors.
Processingprocessfor Undelivered Packages

If your order is not delivered within the estimated time and the logistics has been stagnant for more than 15 days, please contact us immediately at (ivipq@foxmai.com) to submit an inquiry request. We will conduct an investigation with the co-carriers and provide initial feedback within 3 working days.
Note: Acceptance time: The loss report must be submitted within 90 days after shipment (or before the expiration of the courier company's tracking record). Late submissions will not be reviewed.
1. Preparation of materials: complete logistics tracking number, order screenshot, proof of value (such as purchase record, invoice)
2. Handling rights and responsibilities: If the recipient's information is incorrect, the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or does not cooperate with customs clearance, the user shall bear the losses.
3. Resolution of tax disputes: If the customs requires the recipient to pay additional taxes, the shipper must be contacted immediately (because the fee has been prepaid).

Applicable conditions: If your order has not yet entered the warehouse processing process, our customer service team can manually handle your cancellation or modification request. Please note!

Processing time limit: Customer service may not be able to reply promptly on non-working days/weekends, so please submit your order carefully.

Warehouse progress takes priority: Once an order enters the packaging/shipping stage, no changes can be made (to avoid wasting logistics resources).

The email content must include: the order number, the items to be modified (such as address, product specifications) or the reason for cancellation, and your valid contact information. We will reply to confirm within 1 working day and assist with the operation.
