Thank you for visiting our store! This policy aims to clearly explain our delivery process, fees and related information to ensure a transparent and pleasant shopping experience.
Order processing time
We promise to complete the review, packaging, and shipping operations within 1-3 working days (excluding holidays) after the successful payment of the order, and then hand over the package to our cooperative logistics service provider.
Global delivery coverage
We provide services to more than 220 countries and regions around the world through reliable partners such as 4PX, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Transportation restrictions:
- India, Russia:Only provides sea freight services, which takes a relatively long time.
- Argentina, Kuwait and some African countries: only provide express delivery services such as DHL; there is no standard economic logistics.
- Post office boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are not supported. Please provide a valid street address.
Rules for freight and taxes
Free shipping and tax exemption (excluding the United States)
- All orders shipped to regions outside the United States enjoy free shipping and no prepaid taxes (DDP terms). You do not need to pay any additional fees upon receipt.
- Orders shipped to the United States require prepayment of taxes (an additional charge will be applied at checkout), but shipping remains free.
Customs clearance assistance: To ensure smooth customs clearance, the recipient must provide necessary information, such as Brazil's tax number (CPF/CNPJ), the EU's EORI number, etc.
Important notice: If the package fails to clear customs, is destroyed by local customs, or is returned because the recipient refuses to pay taxes or fails to provide necessary customs clearance documents, all resulting costs (including round-trip shipping fees, tariffs, storage fees, etc.) will be deducted from your order refund, and no refund will be processed for you.
Remote Area Surcharge:
If the delivery address is considered a remote area by the logistics provider (such as Alaska, the Australian outback, Greek islands, etc.), an additional surcharge will be charged in accordance with the logistics provider's latest standards. Please contact us for confirmation.

Logistics tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can check the real-time logistics information on the official website of the logistics provider or third-party platforms such as 17Track.
Undelivered query
If the tracking information shows that there has been no movement for more than 15 days or that the delivery time is far beyond the expected time, please send an email to ivipq@foxmail.com and provide:
- Order number and tracking number
- Problem description and related screenshots
We will initiate the investigation within 3 working days (this must be done within the 90-day claim period of the logistics provider).
Policy updates and contacts
- Requests for order modification/cancellation must be submitted via email before the order enters the "packing" status.
- This policy is regularly updated in accordance with the rules of logistics providers. Changes will be announced on the website 7 days in advance.
