What countries do you ship to?
We are usually able to ship to most countries by express shipping, many countries by standard shipping, you can clarify this with our team to check if standard shipping is available in your country, we cannot ship to a "P.O. Box or APO/FPO" address.
Note: Generally speaking, we can only do selected sea freight for India and Russia, we can only provide express services to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, etc. This can change due to unpredictable issues like COVID, war, etc.

We have two shipping methods: standard shipping and express shipping.
Standard shipping is free in most countries, while express shipping costs are $15 to $35 depending on your country, and express shipping is free if your order exceeds the specified dollar (except in the US)
This applies to most countries, but excludes larger products like headphones and desktop DACs/AMPs such as the HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, etc.Shipping costs do not include import taxes or handling fees that may be available in your country. ivipQ does not cover such costs. Some packages claiming to be "returned to the seller" may be destroyed by post office or customs officials if the buyer refuses to accept the package or fail to pay taxes; In this case, no refunds will be given.

Express delivery is a tax - inclusive service option. ivipQ is not responsible for any additional administrative or handling fees charged by local carriers or customs. Who pays import taxes/customs fees?
If we mark all taxes and duties paid, ivipQ will prepay all import duties and customs clearance fees to the carrier before shipping, ensuring that you do not have to pay any taxes or duties upon receipt.

How long does it take to receive your order?
For in-stock products, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. You can check the stock status of any product with our staff, it will take longer to customize the item. Please contact our staff on normal non-sales days after the package has been shipped for more information:
For standard shipping, it will take about 2-4 weeks to ship after shipment; For some countries, it can take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country, customs, and other factors. *Transit times are beyond our control. ivipQ will not issue refunds in such cases. Consider upgrading to express shipping or keeping the waiting time in mind, for express shipping, it takes about 3-7 days to arrive after shipment.

What happens if a package is shipped but not delivered?
Handling Process:
If your order is not delivered within the estimated time and the logistics has been stagnant for more than 15 days, please contact us immediately (ivipq@foxmai.com) to submit a query request. We will initiate an investigation with the joint carrier and provide preliminary feedback within 3 working days.
Note: Acceptance time: The loss report must be submitted within 90 days of shipment (or before the expiration of the tracking record of the courier).There is no review after the deadline.
1. Material preparation: complete logistics tracking number, order screenshot and proof of value (such as purchase record, invoice)
2. Handling rights and responsibilities: If the recipient's information is incorrect, refuses to pay customs duties or does not cooperate with customs clearance, the user shall bear the loss.
3. Tax Dispute Resolution: If customs requires the recipient to pay additional taxes, it is essential to contact the shipper immediately (as the fee has already been prepaid).
How do I get help with my order?
Order cancellations and modifications can only be handled manually by our staff, provided that your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. Please place your order carefully, as our support team may not be available on non - working days and weekends.

Generally, after receiving the package, please check the items inside the package and make sure the package is in good condition before signing for it.
